Role: Security Contracts Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 per annum

Are you looking for a Security Contracts Manager position working in Gillingham, Kent? As a Security Contracts Manager, you will oversee the commercial and contractual delivery of our security system projects and service contracts. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead negotiation, execution, and management of security system and service contracts.

  • Ensure all contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant, and meet client expectations.

  • Monitor performance and produce monthly reports on financials and compliance.

  • Manage handovers from sales to delivery, ensuring clear scope and pricing.

  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards (SIA, BS EN), and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align contract strategy with operational delivery.

  • Mentor project and service teams in contractual best practice and commercial awareness.

  • Support pricing strategy, bid reviews, and post-project evaluations to enhance profitability.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior contracts or commercial management role within security systems or fire & security industry.

  • Strong commercial and legal understanding, including risk management.

  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management experience.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SIA, BS7858, and GDPR.

  • Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience with contract management software and reporting tools.
