Role: Security Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + Company Car or Allowance
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Project Manager to lead fire and security projects across London and Slough. This is a key role, overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll attend the office one day a week (Tuesdays) for meetings, with the rest of your time spent on site visits, client meetings, and remote work as required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fire and security projects from initiation to completion
- Provide technical input at all stages of the project lifecycle
- Survey sites and prepare accurate costings, estimates, and quotations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
- Oversee health and safety compliance on all projects
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings
- Support and mentor on-site engineers to maintain quality and specification compliance
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems
- Proven project management experience in the fire and/or security sector
- Skilled in preparing accurate cost estimates and scopes of work
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support engineering teams
- Willingness to travel across London and Slough
- Immediate availability preferred
