Role: Security Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum + Company Car or Allowance

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Project Manager to lead fire and security projects across London and Slough. This is a key role, overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll attend the office one day a week (Tuesdays) for meetings, with the rest of your time spent on site visits, client meetings, and remote work as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fire and security projects from initiation to completion
  • Provide technical input at all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Survey sites and prepare accurate costings, estimates, and quotations
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery
  • Oversee health and safety compliance on all projects
  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings
  • Support and mentor on-site engineers to maintain quality and specification compliance

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of fire and security systems
  • Proven project management experience in the fire and/or security sector
  • Skilled in preparing accurate cost estimates and scopes of work
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and support engineering teams
  • Willingness to travel across London and Slough
  • Immediate availability preferred
