💻 Service Desk Administrator (Full time, Permanent)📍 Reading (office-based)💰 £30,000 per annum🔧 What You’ll Do:
– Scheduling engineers for client callouts and service visits- Managing job entries and updates via Big Change software- Coordinating with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and the Stock Manager- Processing completed jobs and arranging follow-up visits- Liaising with sub-contractors to ensure SLA compliance- Handling permits, plant/equipment orders, and client communications✅ What You’ll Bring:
– Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or service desk role- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset- Confidence working in an office-based environment using scheduling systems🌟 What We Offer
