Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Cardiff
Rate: £20,000 to £30,000 + Overtime

Technical Resources are currently working with a leading fire and security company who specialise in the Installation, Servicing and Design of Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV Systems covering South Wales. They currently have an urgent need for two Service Coordinators to work alongside an already existing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Experience using Outlook.
  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Scheduling reactive calls.
  • Scheduling engineers.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors.
  • Updating the database.
  • Liaising with Clients and potential clients.
  • Liaising with managers and other internal teams within the company.
  • Ordering and receiving deliveries of stock.
  • Obtaining reports.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • General admin skills.
