A facilities management (FM) provider has been awarded a preferred supplier security contract by the house builder Barratt Developments.
Under the 18-month deal, Servest Group will act as the sole supplier of CCTV site security services to Barratt Developmentsโ construction sites across the UK. The contract includes the companyโs 25 divisions including Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes and Ward Homes.
Barratt awarded the contract after a 12-month tendering process.
