ISC restructure

by Mark Rowe

The security consultancy Integrated Security Consultants Ltd (ISC) has made some internal moves. The company has recently seen several new contracts and sites won, including the new InterContinental London – the O2 and the London Bath House venue. The resulting restructure means that Justine Shepherd, formerly Head of Operations, takes on the new role of Head of Client Relations. Her role will be to look after the contracts at a strategic level, to ensure delivery of KPIs and customer service. Justine also continues to be responsible for communications and marketing.

Justine, who joined ISC in 2011, has over 25 years of event management, marketing and sales experience and has worked within entertainment, sport, leisure and the arts at venues and events including Rugby World Cup 2015, Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium. Earlier, Justine held senior sales and marketing positions at Ascot Racecourse, the London Eye and AEG/London Arena.

Nick Woodhouse has taken over the role of ISC’s Head of Operations, having previously looked after the consultancy and training side. He will continue to oversee consultancy but will now have overall responsibility for contracts for all operations and sites.

Nick has strategic and tactical experience of working on the operational side in sporting, recreational, arts, music and concert venues. Before, Nick’s roles have included Head of Event and Safety Compliance for the Wembley National Stadium where he had responsibility for ensuring a coordinated, consistent, and integrated approach to safety, security and compliance across all aspects of the stadium.

ISC reports a recruitment drive for supervisors and security officers.

Justine Shepherd said: “We are increasing our capacity to deliver new and additional requirements for our current valued clients, and to look after brand new clients and sites. It’s been a very busy year for us, but a rewarding and exciting one working with iconic venues.”
