Jack Morton Worldwide renew

by Mark Rowe

Kingdom has had their contract to provide manned guarding to Jack Morton Worldwide renewed. The ACS Pacesetters guarding firm has been providing security services since 2009 to the event marketing company’s head office in London W3. A two man team has had no staff turnover in five years. A can-do attitude means nothing is too much trouble – one officer was even contacted on his personal mobile when not on duty to arrange a taxi for a staff member, which he happily did. Their key role is to provide staff with 24 hour access to the site, which can be extremely busy depending on projects. They use CCTV and patrol the building and in the last year deterred two break-ins by liaising with Acton Park Estate’s security, leading to arrests. Other tasks include monitoring emails through the night, responding to emails for taxi bookings (including collating the correct details required to complete the booking), chasing taxis if they are late, escorting female staff to their cars at night, and meeting the client once a month on site or via a phone call depending on his work schedule.
