Procurement for Housing (PfH), a national procurement body covering the social housing sector, awarded the void property protection contractor VPS an agreement to provide voids property management services to their 850 members across the country, who manage more than four million properties. The framework offers members a start-to-end solution for their void property requirements, the contractor says.
Anthony Owen, Managing Director of VPS, pictured, said: “Many household-name insurance companies recommend VPS to support their clients’ vacant properties because we are sector specialists and the leaders in the field, we do it to the highest professional standards in the industry, and because reducing the costs of repairs will save landlords and insurance companies way, way more than the cost of protection against risk in the first place.” VPS adds that its inspectors carry out over 100,000 inspections annually.
