Cities in the Sky – Challenging their safety is the title of a two day international conference on May 20 and 21, 2009.
Around the globe high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings are appearing like never before, there are, however, concerns on their safety and security, types of materials used, evacuation, structural resistance to fire and extreme events.
