by msecadm4921

When Derek Webster and Chris Brogan cycled for charity from London to Paris in 2007, they left their cycles at the end of the ordeal-adventure at the Eiffel Tower.

Leaving aside whether this act of cultural vandalism means they are barred from France forever, the duo are cycling again, within the UK – from Lands End to the home of English rugby union, Twickenham. Also roped in are Norman Russell and Nigel Horsfall are taking part in the ‘Great British bike ride’ – http://www.greatbritishbikeride.com from Cornwall to London starting on September 1, aiming to take four days. The charities they hope to support are ‘Help for Heroes’, The Rugby Players Association Benevolent Fund and the RFU Injured Players.
