JVC VN-C20U IP security cameras are being installed in the initial phase of installation in a security system for Scania Great Britain.
The system is designed and integrated by SM Technology. On completion, the system will operate VN-C20U cameras across Scania service centres throughout the UK. Each VN-C20U colour network camera is powered using Power over Ethernet (PoE) for 24/7 monitoring.

Each JVC camera will be situated to monitor both internal and external areas at each site, providing security for vehicles and personnel. They are integrated in to a system that operates independently giving remote access and varying permissions for managers and selected staff. This means that camera images can be viewed from remote PCs.
