Business cyber date

South Yorkshire businesses are invited to an event to hear about what they can do to help themselves against cyber crime, at Rotherham United Football Club on Thursday morning, June 1.

Invited speakers are Detective Chief Insp Vanessa Smith of the Yorkshire Regional Cyber Crime Unit; Michelle Bailey of Active Response Security Services (pictured); and Dr Alan Billings, South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner.

Registration is from 8am, including bacon butties and tea and coffee. The programme starts at 8.30am and concludes at 10am. A free event, it’s organised by Active Response Security Services, the SIA ACS guarding company based in Barnsley.
