London Fraud Forum date

by Mark Rowe

London Fraud Forum (LFF), the not-for-profit membership body for the public, private and charity sectors, is returning to Guildhall, London for its 16th annual conference. It’ll run on Thursday, October 20.

Invited speakers include; Angela McLaren, as Commissioner for City of London Police the person in charge of policing fraud in the UK; Alex Rothwell, CEO, NHS Counter Fraud Authority; Claire Maillet, Head of Financial Crime Operations at Ziglu; and Becky Holmes, author of Keanu Reeves Is Not In Love With You, about romance frauds. As in past years, besides panel discussions from counter fraud people, delegates can take part in their choice of breakout sessions, network with peers, and meet with exhibitors offering counter fraud services and solutions.

Robert Brooker, LFF Chair, pictured, says: “We raised the bar with our 2021 annual conference with more than 200 counter fraud professionals from all sectors coming together in the historic and stunning setting of the Guildhall. We’re aiming to raise it again as we return to the Guildhall this October 20. Fraud has become the crime of choice and with rapidly rising fraud and scam rates in so many areas such as crypto and romance fraud, there has never been a greater need for counter fraud professionals to share knowledge, learn best practices and collaborate to help stem the rising tide of fraud and economic crime.”

The delegate ticket price includes 12-month London Fraud Forum membership, offering access over the year to webinars, podcasts, breakfast seminars, fraud news and a diverse network of counter fraud professionals. Early Bird tickets are on sale. For more details, and to purchase a ticket visit https://bit.ly/3PD9dvj
