GJD, the British manufacturer of security equipment, is sponsoring the Manchester Security Event on Thursday, September 29, at St Ann’s Church, St Ann’s Street, Manchester, M2 7LF. The event, free to attend, is organised by Manchester City Centre Crime Prevention Panel with the support of Greater Manchester Police, Manchester City Council and Atmaana Business Consulting.

The new format will involve a breakfast seminar, opened by Assistant Chief Constable Garry Shewan QPM and addressed by police and security industry speakers. Doors will open at 8am, refreshments and breakfast snacks will be provided and there will be opportunities to network before and after the event which is due to end around 11am.

Crime prevention products will be on display from the event sponsors GJD and SelectaDNA. John Hale, GJD’s Operations Director said: “We are proud to sponsor such an informative event. We will be displaying our range of intrusion detection products and look forward to speaking to attendees about external detection and security in general.”
