Met video on SmartWater

by Mark Rowe

The Metropolitan Police with the forensic marking product company SmartWater have produced a 30 second public information video which has been aired on YouTube and other social media channels. The visuals show how SmartWater helps the Metropolitan Police return things that seem lost.

The product firm says that the video was launched with impressive year one results (into a three year contract to protect 440,000 homes across the capital) and highlights to the viewer the significance of the SmartWater strategy which has been proven to reduce burglaries by up to 85pc and achieve a 100pc conviction rate when contested in court.

The partnership between SmartWater and the Met was launched in March 2015 under a joint initiative called ‘MetTrace’, where SmartWater was appointed as sole supplier of traceable liquid forensic technology. Click here to view the video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWsP7jpXdBo.
