Robert Willett, previously Best Buy International CEO will be discussing how retailers can ‘Become Authentically Customer Curious by Following the Customer Curiosity Cycle to Unearth & Maintain Retail Innovation’, while Mark Smith, Finance and Operations Director, Sweaty Betty and Samir Belkhayat, Cegid while cover how Sweaty Betty has set its Sights on US Expansion and Omnichannel Retailing.

Workforce Management will come under the spotlight, when Neil Parrish, Workload and Efficiency Manager, Greggs and John Bailey, JDA Software reveal ‘How a Forecast-based Manpower Planning System is Improving Operational Effectiveness and Underpinning Greggs Strategic Re-shaping of their Business to Deliver Long Term Sustainable Growth’, while Geri Gray, Senior Innovations Manager, ASDA and Graham Cove, Director of WiFi, EE will be revealing ‘What Retailers can get out of Public WiFi’.
