IFSEC: Mul-T-Lock

by Mark Rowe

Mul-T-Lock is returning to IFSEC 2014 to showcase its latest products. On display will be the SMARTair access control products, pictured.

Mul-T-Lock, part of the lock and door access product company ASSA ABLOY, says the latest additions to the range include SMARTair Genesis. With no software installation, SMARTair Genesis allows access rights on entrance and inside doors to be amended on a daily basis, as and when required, with control from a PC. Also on display, Mul-T-Lock’s WatchLock padlock can notify owners and managers alike when and where it has been opened and closed.

WatchLock can be used on static, portable or mobile applications and can be set to alert if the padlock is moved outside from a predefined route plan or fixed static area by using GeoFence mapping. The lock allows you to view audit data as and when required.

Visitors can get an interactive demonstration of how the WatchLock and SMARTair products work on stand D1700 in hall S17, with Mul-T-Lock UK staff on hand to answer any questions.

Steve Ross, Managing Director of Mul-T-Lock UK, says: “As a global brand and part of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, Mul-T-Lock is looking forward to IFSEC as the premier security event and a chance for the industry to come together and share new ideas.

“For Mul-T-Lock UK, this year’s show is about introducing exciting new complete security solutions, including SMARTair Genesis which allows full control of access control to protected doors right from the entrance door. This together with WatchLock demonstrates our commitment to listening to customers and developing products that are flexible and intelligent to perfectly match security requirements.”
