As part of a new strategy to maximise its ability to secure new clients, Plymouth-based Securi-Guard has recruited Julian Confaloni and Michael Kingett as Business Development Managers in the Fire and Security Division.
Installation engineer Matt Sayer has decided to widen his skills and join the sales team part time.
Matt will mainly be based in Plymouth and has the task of converting engineers’ leads into new business, plus securing new maintenance and monitoring contracts.
Julian Confaloni, 52, will be looking to develop new business across a variety of sectors in Cornwall, while 54-year-old Michael Kingett will be responsible for covering the Exeter and east and north Devon and parts of Somerset.
The Estover-based firm offers services covering fire and intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems and 24/7 monitoring, security guarding, mobile patrols, key-holding and fire extinguishers.

Industry experience
Before joining Securi-Guard, Julian worked as a business development manager for a security systems firm and has experience of installation and maintenance of security/fire alarm systems. Michael has had various roles as an engineer manager.
