Online account service

by Mark Rowe

Chubb Fire & Security Limited is offering ChubbmySite, a new online account service. The firm says that it enables UK-based customers to coordinate their fire and security maintenance contracts through one portal.

ChubbmySite includes invoice and statement management, where customers can view and print their invoices and statements, switch to direct debit payment or make secure online payments. The portal lets customers view the system activity on their monitored intruder alarms, including the times that their intruder systems are set and unset, which can be an aid to multi-site customers. It also provides a log of their previous and booked engineer visits and service history, and enables them to change aspects of their contract such as their nominated keyholder, for when reassigning duties during staff planned or unplanned absences.

Colin Leatherbarrow, product solutions director, Chubb Fire & Security, said: “ChubbmySite gives the customer full transparency of what we do, when we do it and where we do it. For our small and medium-sized enterprise customers, it cuts out paperwork and simplifies the process of ensuring compliance with legal and insurance requirements. For larger premises and multi-site estates, it gives greater visibility and control to Health and Safety and risk managers who may be based in a remote location.”

The new service was launched to create a secure way for customers to manage their contracts, and also supports the customers’ and Chubb’s environmental goals to reduce paper use. For details and to register visit: http://mysite.chubb.co.uk.
