Adds by agent

by Mark Rowe

The year 2013 has seen Security Buying Group, the UK agent for Grundig Security, add IP, analogue and HD-SDI products to its range.

Steve Jones, Sales Director at Security Buying Group, says: “A 16 channel, Full HD NVR joins the four and eight channel units. All three are standalone and all have a built-in switch to simplify installation. Installers can choose to have a 3Tb, 24/7 rated, HDD factory-fitted, or else they can be supplied with no storage for installers preferring to source their own. The four and eight channel units can have up to two HDDs altogether, whereas the 16 channel can have five.

“An indoor flat dome becomes our new entry level IP camera. It is highly cost-effective, but it still features 2MP, Full HD, 1080p video with quad stream, enabling optimal recording or viewing formats. With our IP vandal resistant and IP bullet cameras, we now have a heater option which extends their minimum working temperature down to an exceptional minus 35 degrees C, ideal for our Scottish customers!

“A 16 channel recorder has also been added to our HD-SDI range and joins our box, bullet, fixed, vandal and PTZ HD-SDI cameras and 4 and 8 channel HD-SDI recorders. A new four channel, analogue (CVBS) to HD-SDI converter makes updating existing analogue systems to HD-SDI even easier and finally, we have also added two colour and two true day / night cameras to our analogue range.”
