The control room manufacturer Winsted has equipped a new demonstration room at Samsung Techwin.
Having relocated to Height Brooklands, a riverside commercial office development at Weybridge outside west London, Samsung Techwin Europe sought a demo room for showing all of the company’s IP network products. Winsted were invited to provide ideas for the demonstration room’s furniture requirements, and produced computer aided design (CAD) drawings and colour renders giving a visualisation of the project.
Winsted proposed a Prestige Sight-Line console, for its modern aesthetics, and custom finished in Samsung’s corporate colours with a blue work surface and incorporating the Samsung logo on each side panel.
The console allows use of Winsted’s Versa-Trak display mounting for ergonomic comfort and adjustability. With VESA-compliant brackets, Versa-Trak has enabled two 21in flat panel screens to be attached and provides horizontal and vertical adjustability for best viewing angles and sight lines for the operators. The console’s modular design allows the console to be adapted to meet changing requirements, and extending its operational lifespan.
