COP Security, the UK CCTV distributors, are stressing their industry service and support to customers by introducing ‘The COP Commitment’; that the firm describes as their most comprehensive service package to date.

As part of that, customers can now expect three year advance replacement on all Dahua products, without incurring a collection/delivery fee, or an invoice on the replacement product. If your product falls faulty within three years of purchase COP will dispatch a new replacement unit the very same day, COP will then arrange to collect the faulty product at their cost.

In line with this offer and as a result of their stock holding, COP are also able to ensure 99.9 per cent stock availability on all their products. As well as a three year warranty, 30 day money back guarantee and free technical support customers will now also receive free delivery on all orders over £99.
