London-based cyber security specialist ACSN Ltd has merged with Reliance Cyber Science to create RelianceACSN Ltd.
The firms say that the merger provides the business with significant development capital to finance expanding technical skills and technology platforms. It provides access to the Reliance customer base and management resources.
Peter Martin and Eamon Flavin, ACSN founders, will be joined on the board by industry veteran Brian Kingham, of Reliance Security Group Ltd (and Norland Managed Services) and by Andy Dancer, former founder of encryption company Identum Ltd and Chief Technology Officer EMEA of Trend Micro.

Our merger with Reliance will allow us to rapidly broaden the scope of our operations to engineer and deliver larger, more complex solutions.”
