CIS shortlisted

by Mark Rowe

After recognition from the BIFM and ACS, as well as individual awards and business successes, the independent security company CIS Security, based in London, are hopeful of scooping another award, or five, at the headline industry event on Wednesday, November 23, dubbed the Oscars of the security industry.

CIS have been listed in the Guarding Company of the Year, ACS Champion of the Year, Customer Care Initiative of the Year, Manager of the Year and Inspiration in HR categories.

Earlier this year, CIS reported their all-time-high Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) score of 170. Last month, CIS enjoyed the limelight of the BIFM awards as finalists in the “Impact on Customer Experience” category, the only security specialist to feature at the headline awards event for the Facilities Management (FM) industry.

Neill Catton, Managing Director at CIS Security, pictured, said: “So much of what we do requires thorough planning and preliminary work for long periods as well as courage in following through on decisions which may take us down roads less travelled. Five categories is an impressive sweep of recognition so I am very pleased to see results like this. I’m proud also to see vision and pro-activity from all departments within our business; from those who also want to be part of the movement to lead the development of our sector and who are prepared to go above and beyond, confident in the knowledge that the rewards will come. I would like to wish everyone the best of luck for the event.” Visit: www.cis-security.co.uk.
