Signed contracts

by Mark Rowe

Magenta Security Services reports that three longstanding clients have recently resigned contracts. The Royal Parks has been working with Magenta since 2007, The Royal College of Ophthalmologists has been working with the west London-based firm for three years and TSL Contact has been working with it for four years. The new contracts will see them continue to work with Magenta for the foreseeable future.

Managing Director Abbey Petkar, pictured, says: “Magenta has a clear strategy of working in partnership with clients and getting to know their individual security needs. This enables us to put together a bespoke package which meets their security requirements, rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach. By understanding a client’s needs from the beginning, Magenta can deliver the superior service and as a result we are able to build long term relationships with our clients. If it wasn’t for the close working relationship we have with clients and suppliers, we wouldn’t be able to act efficiently when requests are made.

“Magenta’s client retention remains one of the highest in the industry with more than 97 per cent of clients remaining with the company for at least three years. Over the last three years, Magenta has grown 20pc year on year and this has been based on the company growing organically – by winning contracts for the operation of further sites for existing customers directly from the partnerships we have created.”

Magenta Security has its head office in Hounslow, with operations in Swindon, Birmingham, Manchester and Kent; visit www.magentasecurity.co.uk.
