IP product range

by Mark Rowe

The distributor CCTVdirect have launched the Hyperflex 4MP range of IP products. The Hyperflex range includes integrated four, eight and 16 channel network video recorders (NVRs) and compatible 4MP cameras as standard, which will soon be complemented by a 6MP super low light Sony Starvis camera.

The Hyperflex NVR provides real time 1080p 6mp recording and integrates with the Hyperflex IP cameras. The new NVR comes with integrated PoE and requires no extra IP configuration – making it even easier and faster to set up the distributor says. What’s more it costs no more than a standard analogue DVR, the firm adds.

The Hyperflex cameras with varifocal lenses provide 30 frames per second, 4MP recording, and offer low light performance. The products’ PoE (Power over Ethernet) connections integrate with the Hyperflex NVR.

Mark Raine, Managing Director of CCTVdirect said: “We have waited some time for a truly universal cost effective all new IP offering that really does deliver in terms of image quality and ease of use. Hyperflex is ideal for those installers who want to offer an IP based solution for smaller sites or need to keep costs under control on larger sites. Offering super clear 4MP real-time images for the price of analogue anyone can now provide genuine reliable IP solutions with zero configuration.”
