The distributor of IP products including cabling infrastructure, networking and electronic security, Mayflex, has just completed an update and refurbishment of its customer M-Tech facilities.
The largest M-Tech facility is based at the company’s Birmingham headquarters with a scaled down version at the City of London office. The update has seen a variety of new products from a number of Mayflex vendor partners installed.
New products include the Excel 2 post frame, a selection of Avigilon cameras, Razberi Server switches and asset management products from RF Code. A mini containment solution from Nubis has also been installed in the Birmingham office with a full size version in the City of London. Aruba Clearpass (guest access) has also been incorporated giving visitors to Mayflex quicker and smoother access to a wireless network.
Other vendor partner products set up for live demos in the Birmingham M-Tech include Axis and ACTi cameras, APC cabinets, Raytec illuminators, Milestone software, Paxton access control, QNAP NVR (network recorders).
Mark Simmons, Sales Director at Mayflex said: “Our technical team has spent a considerable amount of time updating each of our M-Tech facilities. Our aim was to ensure visitors get an accurate representation of the products we distribute in an actual working environment. I am more than happy with the final result and encourage our sales team to get customers in to see for themselves.”
The M-Tech facilities are available for customers to visit, with their sales contact at Mayflex or to bring their customers along to.
