Frontier Pitts is the British manufacturer of Security Gates, Automatic Barriers, Road blockers, Rising & Static Bollards, Pedestrian Control Gates and Turnstiles. The company’s Anti Terra Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) range has been successfully impact tested in accordance to the new International IWA14 and the British PAS68 specifications.
Over the last two years, the firm reports, it’s won multiple projects in the Middle East, including project managing and installing numerous IWA 14 and PAS 68 impact tested Terra Sliding Gates and Terra Manual Barriers in the oilfields of Iraq, providing Hostile Vehicle Mitigation to Critical National Infrastructure.
The company points to more than 20 years of experience in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and recent installations in Australia and Russia. Despite the difficulties of working in hostile regions, Frontier Pitts’ engineers installed all the equipment, while training local personnel.
