Grundig at IFSEC

by Mark Rowe

IFSEC 2013 sees Grundig Security launch new DVRs, IP and analogue cameras and GCMS software for controlling both IP and analogue systems.

Grundig Security, the German manufacturer of security equipment , will be exhibiting its latest new products at IFSEC 2013, Hall 5 stand C30. The company’s stand design gives integrators hands-on experience of its range.

Simone Kischkat, marketing manager at Grundig Security, says: “We have a clear, practical stand that reflects Grundigs’ brand values. Visitors can see, test and operate IP, HD-SDI and analogue products. We will also be releasing our 2013 / 2014 product catalogue at the show.”

Andreas Kronwald, product manager at Grundig Security, says: “This is our third year at IFSEC and once again we are introducing a selection of innovative new products in all technology areas. Our analogue camera series features 960H support with image resolutions of up to 700TVL. Our IP camera range now includes enhanced low-light and WDR options and a 360 degree viewing series.

“Our new four, eight and 16 channel DVRs also support 960H, real-time recording and share the same intuitive interface as our NVRs. The NVRs provide Full HD, real-time recording and make commissioning and set-up simple by incorporating automatic camera configuration for Grundig IP and ONVIF profile S cameras. They all come with a built-in PoE switch.

“Grundig will also demonstrate the GCMS, Central Management Software which controls the NVRs, DVRs and Grundig IP cameras, even if they are used within a single, multi-technology CCTV system. The GCMS can help simplify analogue to IP migration for installers and can reduce CCTV system costs by facilitating the re-use of legacy analogue cameras in new IP systems.”
