Cooper Security has acquired Xeridyne Security Products.
Cooper Security, the security products division of Cooper Menvier, has completed the acquisition of the assets and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of Xeridyne Security Products, a UK developer and manufacturer of movement detectors.
Xeridyneโs range consists of three PD6662:2004 Grade 2 digital Quad PIRs, one PD6662:2004 Grade 2 dual technology detector and three anti-mask, PD6662:2004 Grade 3 dual-technology units. All are offered with a full five-year warranty.
The Xeridyne development and production functions in the West Midlands have been moved to Cooper Securityโs ISO9001 Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire manufacturing plant.
