Role: Sprinkler Project Manager
Location: Rochdale
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 per annum

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Sprinkler Project Manager to join a leading fire protection contractor delivering high-quality sprinkler installations across the UK. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple commercial projects, from initial client briefing through to handover, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with BS EN 12845 and LPCB standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple commercial sprinkler installation projects.
  • Manage scheduling, budgets, and procurement of materials.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure specification compliance.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Conduct progress meetings and produce project reports.
  • Oversee commissioning, testing, and final handover documentation.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • LPCB or FIRAS Project Manager accreditation preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of BS EN 12845 and associated LPCB requirements.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • Strong commercial experience across retail, offices, warehousing, or high-rise sectors.
  • AutoCAD literacy beneficial.
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within sprinkler or fire protection.
