Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer | North West | Up to £40,000 + Door-to-Door Pay

We’re supporting a respected building services contractor in their search for an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team. This is a long-term, stable role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites, including university facilities and large public buildings.
The Role
- Carry out routine PPM and reactive maintenance on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs, and general HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring compliance with F-Gas and relevant industry standards.
- Provide clear reporting, maintain accurate service records, and uphold high levels of customer service.
- Work independently across sites throughout the North West, with door-to-door travel time fully paid.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in air conditioning service and maintenance across commercial environments.
- F-Gas 2079 certified with strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Able to work independently and communicate professionally with clients and site teams.
- Full UK driving licence.
