Job Title: Data Cabling Engineer
Location: Cheshire
Rate: £165 p/day
Technical Resources is looking for a highly skilled Data Cabling Engineer in Cheshire, to undertake comprehensive installation and termination tasks involving Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber cabling. This role requires an individual with a solid technical background and precise hands-on skills in structured cabling systems.
Description of Contract/Programme of Works:
- Installation and termination of Cat6 and Cat6a cables.
- Fiber installations and patching to ensure high-speed, reliable connections.
- Adherence to industry standards and safety protocols during installations.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in structured cabling with a focus on Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber installations.
- Ability to handle complex cabling systems and deliver quality workmanship.
Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:
- ECS/CSCS card required to demonstrate compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
- Must supply their own standard hand tools and termination tools.
- Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for site work.
