Role: Installation Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £37,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join our growing team, working across London and the South East. The ideal candidate will have strong experience installing Intruder Alarm systems, with additional skills in CCTV and Access Control systems considered advantageous.
Responsibilities:

Install and commission Intruder Alarm systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites

Carry out 1st and 2nd fix installations of CCTV and Access Control systems (if applicable)

Configure, test, and troubleshoot all installed systems to ensure full functionality

Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

Provide excellent customer service during installations, maintaining professionalism at all times

Complete job documentation, timesheets, and reporting accurately and on time

Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order

Follow Health & Safety, technical, and company compliance standards at all times
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience installing Intruder Alarm systems

Experience with CCTV and Access Control systems

Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently

Full UK manual driving licence
-
ECS/CSCS card preferred but not essential

Manufacturer or industry-specific training is desirable
