Role: Passive Fire Project Manager
Location: South London
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Technical Resources are recruiting for an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to join a leading specialist fire protection contractor. The successful candidate will oversee the full delivery of fire door and fire stopping projects across South London and the surrounding areas, ensuring compliance, quality, and profitability on all works.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of passive fire protection projects, including fire door installations and fire stopping works.

  • Prepare, review, and submit costings, quotations, and tenders.

  • Supervise and support site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee compliance with FIRAS or BMTrada accreditation requirements.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and profit & loss performance.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.

  • Liaise closely with Site Managers and internal departments to achieve project objectives.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience managing passive fire protection projects (fire doors and fire stopping).
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, building regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with FIRAS or BMTrada accredited projects.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
