Mechanical Project Manager | London | Up to £65,000 + package
Lead and oversee complete mechanical service projects—from initial survey and design, to installation, commissioning, and aftercare—across London’s commercial and residential landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary mechanical projects (HVAC, plumbing, heating, BMS)
-
Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning phases
-
Serve as primary contact between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Manage schedules, budgets, risk and quality control
-
Ensure adherence to F-gas regulations and building standards
-
Oversee commissioning, validation, and handover processes
-
Provide exceptional client service and ensure successful aftercare handover

Facilitate maintenance contracts post-project completion
Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
Proven experience managing mechanical services projects (HVAC, plumbing, heating, BMS)
-
Strong technical acumen and understanding of air conditioning, ventilation systems, heat recovery, and building services design.

Familiarity with mechanical design, coordination, commissioning, and regulatory requirements

Excellent project management, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting skills
-
Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities
-
Capacity to handle multiple projects in parallel

Ideally, familiarity with London’s construction and regulatory environment
