Job Title: Security Service Engineer
Location: Central Belt – primarily Glasgow
Rate: £250 p/day
We are seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and public sector sites within the Central Belt, primarily in Glasgow. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding across a range of CCTV, intruder, and access control systems, with fire alarm knowledge considered a bonus. Engineers must be proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of completing and returning job sheets daily for prompt timesheet processing.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Planned and reactive maintenance on electronic security systems

System fault-finding, repair, and performance testing
-
Completion and return of daily job sheets

Liaison with site contacts and client representatives as required
Experience required:
-
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in electronic security servicing

Proven capability in CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems

Ability to work independently across multiple client sites

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

ECS Card
-
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
