Role: Project Operations Manager
Location: South-East (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + Car or Car Allowance
Are you looking for a Project Operations Manager role based in the South-East, offering a hybrid setup and real influence over regional growth? As a Project Operations Manager, you will take ownership of Fire and Security projects and service delivery across the South-East, overseeing engineers, subcontractors, and operational performance. You’ll be working for an established, NSI Gold and BAFE-accredited Fire and Security provider with ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the Project and Service division across the South-East
- Delivery of small to medium-sized Fire and Security projects from initiation through to completion
- Management of Service Engineers and subcontractors
- Ensuring ongoing NSI compliance and retention of business accreditations
- Driving business growth and operational performance within the region
- Conducting site audits to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Supporting recruitment of engineers, managers, and back-office staff
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager
- Strong technical background in Fire Alarms and/or Security Systems
- Proven leadership experience managing engineers and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of compliance within the Fire and Security sector
