Job Title: Security service engineer
Location: Liverpool
Rate: £230 p/day
Are you a Security Service Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems across commercial and industrial sites. You’ll be joining a well-established fire and security specialist delivering high-quality service and maintenance support to clients nationwide.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Service, maintenance, and reactive repairs of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
- Diagnose and rectify system faults efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
- Carry out routine preventative maintenance in accordance with client contracts.
- Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients and site representatives to provide professional support.
Experience required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience servicing electronic security systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP CCTV and access control systems (Hikvision, Paxton, Galaxy, Texecom, or similar).
- Experience in commercial and industrial environments preferred.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS Card.
- Hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Full PPE and own vehicle.
