Role: Senior Security Service Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Senior Security Service Manager role based in Milton Keynes? As a Senior Security Service Manager, you will take full leadership responsibility for the Security Service Department, overseeing service delivery, technical standards, NSI compliance, and people management across a growing security operation. You’ll be working for an established security systems business operating from brand-new offices with excellent staff facilities.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage service engineers, helpdesk, and service coordination teams

Ensure SLA, KPI, PMV, and productivity targets are consistently achieved

Act as the Nominated Technical Manager within an NSI-regulated environment

Provide escalation-level technical support both remotely and on-site

Drive recurring service revenue and improve operational efficiency

Manage day-to-day people matters, including holidays, sickness, and attendance

Work closely with the Head of HR on wider HR processes

Act as a senior escalation point for key security clients
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience as a Service Manager / Senior Service Operations Manager

Strong technical background across CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control

Experience working within NSI or regulated security environments

Commercially aware leader with strong people management skills

Hands-on approach with the ability to support both operationally and technically
