Hikvision webinars

by Mark Rowe

Hikvision, with Tavcom Training, the Hampshire-based security systems training company, has recently launched webinar training for Hikvision’s video products.

The online webinars are tailored towards installers, and end users in the UK market. Included are product features and basic operation skills, to help Hikvision partners and customers to more fully build CCTV solutions using Hikvision’s range of products.

The online course will be divided into three: DVR/NVR, IP cameras and Hikvision client software. Hikvision offers the first 1,000 participants free access to the webinar training, which is available at http: //www.tavcom-hikvision.com/.

Tony Yang, Hikvision’s General Manager for the UK market, said: “Hikvision has made significant strides in its ongoing effort to gain market share in the UK market. After our established UK technical support hotline, this webinar training program is another great Hikvision step in delivering new levels of excellence in both service and support. Additionally, we relish this opportunity to further enhance our customer and partner relationships in the UK.”
