Raytec seminar at IFSEC

by Mark Rowe

The CCTV night-time lighting product company Raytec is holding during IFSEC a half-hour seminar titled ‘The Future of Low Light Surveillance’. It’s on day one, the Tuesday, of the show, June 21 in the Installer Theatre.

If you think you know how to best achieve good video images at night, think again, the firm says. The latest camera technology trends for high megapixel, 4k, multi-sensor and low-light cameras, with higher adoption rates of video analytics, fundamentally change the way we illuminate night time scenes for optimal performance, according to the company.

Raytec will talk about the three main trends in night-time illumination to support the latest camera technologies. Lighting is more powerful and smarter than ever, and can now be deployed both to improve the performance of your security system and deliver significant system savings, the firm argues. IP LED lighting can be integrated with any device on the network to deliver the ability to respond to any incident, in any lighting conditions, at any time.
