After a tender BMW UK have re-appointed Trackstar, part of the Trafficmaster group, as provider of stolen vehicle tracking products and services. The Trackstar Stolen Vehicle Tracking unit will continue to be the only system technically tested and approved by BMW UK for distribution through their dealer network.
Stewart Hodges, Product Development Manager- Aftersales for BMW UK, said: โSince initially winning the BMW Stolen Vehicle Tracking contract five years ago, the Trackstar team have worked hard with the BMW Aftersales team to develop the programme within our dealer network and have demonstrated a programme of continual improvement and investment in both the system installed by our dealers and the service provided to our customers.
