Leeds visits China

The Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has revisited the Chinese CCTV product company Dahua Technology. The aim; to further promote cooperation between companies in the Yorkshire city and region, and Dahua. LEP’s first visit to Dahua was in June 2016. David Shepherd, Head of Trade and Inward Investment at LEP, revisited with Roger Marsh, Chairman of LEP. Michael Chen, VP and General Manager of Dahua Overseas Business, hosted the reception at Dahua head office in the city of Hangzhou.

Briefly, LEP is a commercial body seeking to aid businesses not only in Leeds, but in the greater Leeds region. Michael Chen welcomed the delegation. He presented Dahua’s latest products, and accompanied the guests to Dahua’s Exhibition Hall. Michael Chen said that Dahua had gained experience not only in video surveillance, but in advanced applications such as intelligent robots and machine vision.
