Workwave, the US-based has signed an agreement to purchase TEAM Software, a provider of software for cleaning, janitorial, security, and facilities management service companies. The acquisition is expected to close at the end of September.
WorkWave recently acquired another software firm, Real Green.

In addition to its position in the pest control and green industry verticals, WorkWave will be in the commercial cleaning, janitorial, facilities management, and security industries with the acquisition of TEAM Software. TEAM will also expand WorkWaveโs presence in key international markets, creating a local presence in EMEA and APAC that supports WorkWaveโs footprint outside the United States.
