Dahua sales joiners

by Mark Rowe

Two sales managers have joined Dahua Technology UK and Ireland, the video surveillance manufacturer.

Charlie James has been appointed Dahua’s Southern Area Sales Manager. With 29 years’ experience in sales of intruder alarms and CCTV, he was previously with Risco Group as Regional Sales Manager, and before that, UK Sales Manager with BT Redcare.

Charlie James, pictured, said: “I have been in the security industry for 29 years, but I must say I’m very excited to be joining Dahua, a market leader in IP CCTV. I’m very much looking forward to seeing all my customers and showing them the fantastic range Dahua has to offer.”

At the other end of the country, Jason Kinloch has joined as Area Sales Manager for Scotland. Also with 29 years’ experience in the security industry, Kinloch started as an apprentice engineer with the Scottish installer Pointer before holding engineering and sales positions, most recently with Tyco Security Products and Abel Alarms.

Kinloch said: “I’m really pleased to be here. I want to grow the business and increase awareness of the quality and range of Dahua’s products, and of the support that we bring our customers. We want to be working with our customers continually as long-term partners.”

Dahua says that it has extensive growth plans for the UK and Ireland regions and both men will join the company’s expanding team based at its office in Maidenhead.
