Assist Security Group (ASG) has taken on more work for Ashdown Phillips, a UK property management company, to provide physical security across four properties within the Ashby Capital portfolio. The four sites are The JJ Mack Building, The Avenue, The Kensington Building, pictured; and Kensington Arcade. The contract began on April 1, 2026.
Ashdown Phillips manages 150 properties across the UK, with 2,700 occupiers.ย Troy Hewitt, CEO of Assist Security Group, pictured left, said: “This is an exciting development for us. Growing our partnership with Ashdown Phillips into the Ashby Capital portfolio reflects the trust we have built together and the standards our teams deliver every day.
โNo two properties are the same. Each site has its own risk profile, its own occupier community, and its own operational demands. Our intelligence-led, risk-based approach means every building gets a security solution built around its specific needs, not a template rolled out across the board. We are proud of what we have achieved together so far and very much looking forward to what comes next.
โASG also extends a warm welcome to the security officers joining the team as part of this mobilisation. Their professionalism and commitment will be central to everything ASG delivers across these new sites.โ
