ESPO framework

by Mark Rowe

The contract company Carlisle Support Services reports that it has been awarded a place on ESPO Framework (347_18 – Security Services) for the provision of security services. Service Sub-Lot A of this national framework covers security services including key holding, unlocking and locking up, static guarding, mobile patrolling and escort duties.

ESPO is a public sector-owned buying body. Set up in 1981, ESPO is jointly owned by its six member authorities: the county councils of Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Warwickshire, and Peterborough City Council. The ESPO framework is EU compliant; meaning that there’s no need to complete a tender exercise, as once on the framework you’re a vetted supplier.

Adrian Canale, pictured, Sector Director at Carlisle, said: “It’s fantastic that Carlisle Support Services has been awarded a place on the ESPO Framework for Security Services. This award is a testament to the hard work and reputation of our teams and further enhances our dedication to our core values of putting the customer at the heart of everything that we do and developing sector-based experts. We look forward to the opportunity to provide a service proposition tailored to the needs and environment that ESPO members operate within.”
