The facilities management contractor Mitie has been awarded a £40m-plus contract with Thales UK Ltd., part of Thales, the aerospace and defence manufacturer.
The five year contract will see the contract firm deliver integrated facilities management (IFM) services across Thales Group’s UK estate, of 12 key sites. Services include maintenance and soft services, such as pest control, cleaning, manned guarding, landscaping and waste management.
The contractor says that it was awarded the contract based on its collaborative and customer-focused approach with its technologies that supports the facilities management (FM) service delivery.
