Luminite Electronics, manufacturer of wireless and hard wired passive infra-red (PIR) detectors, reports a new IP integration with network video recorders (NVRs) from Hikvision.
The integration enables Genesis Wireless PIR detectors to interface with Hikvision’s range of NVRs over IP. The result the firms say is fast and efficient installation resulting in a streamlined system with low installation costs. Luminite adds that the Genesis external perimeter detectors have a number of new features added to the Genesis 1 and Genesis 2 models.

The compatible NVRs are the DS-7600NI-I2, DS-7700NI-I4, DS-7700NI-I4/16P, DS-9600NI-I8 and DS-9600NI-I16 models.
